This list covers the core tools and materials typically used when converting a cargo trailer into a concession trailer. You do not need every advanced tool — this is structured so beginners can start with essentials and add specialty items only when needed.

- Jigsaw (cutting sink openings & vent holes)
- Angle grinder (for stubborn screws / metal)
- Oscillating multi-tool
- Wire stripper & crimper kit
- Digital multimeter
- PEX crimp tool (if using PEX)
- Caulking gun + sealant
- Level, square, measuring tools
Materials Overview
- Interior wall panels (FRP or plywood)
- Subfloor reinforcement plywood
- Insulation (foam or batt)
- Electrical breakers, panel, outlets, boxes
- 14/2 and 12/2 Romex wire
- Fresh water tank (20–40 gallons)
- Gray water tank (30–50 gallons)
- PEX, braided lines, valves, clamps
- Instant hot water heater
